The Hong Kong Chemistry Olympiad for Secondary Schools is a project learning competition jointly organised by the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education (HKASME), the Hong Kong Chemical Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry. It aims at promoting the interest of students in learning Chemistry and developing students’ problem solving, communication and science process skills through project learning.
The chemistry research team of our school comprising senior form students joined the Hong Kong Chemistry Olympiad for the Secondary Schools and were awarded respectively the Second Runner-up and the Champion, which has been the third consecutive year achieved by our research team.
