Students at King’s College are always encouraged to strengthen their language skills through activities related to topics that they are interested in including customs and culture around the world.
On 14th February, 2017, the crossover of Chinese and Western Valentine’s Day was collaboratively held by the Student Union, Chinese Society, English Society and English Elite Team. Students from these societies organized a board range of Chinese and Western Valentine’s Day related activities like Riddle Guessing, Love Messages Writing, Love Songs Broadcast and eating Chinese dumplings as well as chocolates. The activities were all well-received by students as they showed active participation in which they could also establish a good relationship with their fellow schoolmates and their teachers.
