Soft Meal Making Workshop @ STEAM Fair Phase 2

The School hosted Soft Meal Making Workshops to educate S2 students about swallowing difficulties commonly faced by the elderly and the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI). Under expert guidance, students gained hands-on experience preparing soft meals and had the opportunity to taste their creations. This engaging activity aimed to foster empathy in students by connecting them with the challenges of others, aligning with our 2025 theme, "Benevolence." The workshop encouraged students to reflect on compassion and care, deepening their understanding of inclusive dietary needs.
