Dr. Steve Minchin from the University of Birmingham gave an interactive talk to students about the topic: The Human Genome: Understanding Human Genetic Variation. The talk focused on how sequence variation within the human population is responsible for individual uniqueness: including differences in susceptibility to disease, response to therapeutic treatment and personality.
