Four S5 students joined the Marks & Spencer Work Experience Programme 2015-2016 during the Chinese New Year holiday. Under the supervision of M&S shop managers, students can experience the importance of fine customer service skills, logistic management and marketing skills in retail industry during the 3-day programme.
