This activity is designed to promote relaxation and joy by engaging participants in the art of cooking.

The session is structured around mindful creation of delicious food, serving as an effective method to reduce self-reported stress levels. Participants immerse themselves in the calm, step-by-step process of food preparation, shifting focus from academic pressures to the present moment.

The overwhelmingly positive evaluation confirms the activity's success: students not only demonstrated significant interest and sustained joyful engagement but also achieved a clear sense of accomplishment upon finishing.
